Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Corporate Give platform, a service owned and operated by Corporate Give Pty Ltd (ABN 80 676 383 869, a GoFundraise company (ABN 43 177 454 127), with services provided through the domains:

By accessing or using any part of the Corporate Give platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Donation & Fundraising Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Donation and Fundraising Terms

​

All donations made via the platform are subject to the Donation & Fundraising Terms and Conditions, which cover payment methods, refund policies, and conditions specific to personal, workplace, and corporate fundraising.

2. Workplace Giving – Donations from Your Pay

​

Corporate Give facilitates pre-tax payroll giving in collaboration with the Good2Give Community Fund (ABN 75 706 087 297), a registered public ancillary fund.

​

All donations including payroll deductions and employer matching funds that are made to Good2Give Community Fund, (ABN 75 706 087 297). Grants will be made to charities nominated by the Donors in respect of the donation, but the Trustee of Good2Give Community Fund retains absolute and sole discretion over grants made to charities. Should the Trustee of Good2Give Community Fund be unable to make a grant to a charity in respect of a donation for any reason it will use its discretion to make a grant to a different charity it considers to have similar objectives.

2.1 Donation Finality

​

  • Donations may be edited or withdrawn until the cut-off date defined by your employer.

  • Once the cut-off date passes or funds are debited from your employer (whichever occurs first), donations are final and irrevocable.

  • No refunds or adjustments will be made after this point.

2.2 Fund Management

​

  • All payroll donations, including employer-matched funds, are made to the Good2Give Community Fund.

  • The Fund’s Trustee retains absolute discretion over all distributions.

  • If the nominated charity cannot receive the grant, the Trustee may select an alternative charity with similar objectives.

3. Employer Matching

​

Where employers offer donation matching:

  • Matching is voluntary and discretionary.

  • Employers may set employee-specific annual caps and company-wide matching limits.

  • Once these caps are reached, matching ceases unless limits are increased or reset.

  • Corporate Give is not liable for the fulfillment of employer matching or delays in processing.

 

4. Charity Partner Responsibilities

Charities using the Corporate Give platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including bank details and registration documents.

  • Use funds received only for purposes aligned with their charitable objectives.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including ACNC and fundraising regulations.

 

Corporate Give reserves the right to suspend or remove charity accounts that breach these conditions or fail verification checks.

5. Corporate Administrator Responsibilities

​

Corporate clients must:

  • Ensure employees understand giving policies.

  • Process payroll accurately.

  • Keep contact and payment information current.

​

6. Platform Use and Conduct

​

You must not:

  • Use the platform unlawfully.

  • Impersonate others.

  • Interfere with platform functionality.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

​

We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure encryption and protect user data under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

​

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

​

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The platform is provided 'as is'.

  • We are not responsible for donation outcomes or third-party failures.

  • Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the previous 12 months.

​

9. Indemnity

​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corporate Give Pty Ltd, its parent company GoFundraise, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

​

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the platform

  • Any donation or fundraising activity you undertake through Corporate Give

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

​

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

​

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales.

​

11. Amendments to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
